She had missed him so much. She reached her hand up to his and softly put her hand in his. She gave him a soft kiss on the lips and said "I missed you too." She knew that they hadn't been on the best terms but she was happy to fix it now and to be in the kitchen talking to eachother at this moment.

Draco smiled against her lips and returned the kiss, putting his other arm around her waist. He didn't ever want to loose this again. What they had was so important to him. They pulled away and Draco looked in to Li Na's eyes. He was rushing it, perhaps, but the words that came from his mouth were altogether true and unalterable. "I love you, Li."

"I love you too Draco." she said smiling as she gave him another kiss. It was so strange that they could still feel the same way about eachother as they had when they were young. She didn't want to loose him but part of her was so afraid that he would get up and walk out of her life like he had all of those other times.

Draco smiled lovingly at her, returned her kiss. He too thought it was strange that they could feel what they had felt so long ago when they had changed so much. Li Na was once a party girl and now she was a mother caring for her family, and Draco was once the angry and self confident 'Slytherin Prince' but now he was more timid, and he showed his emotions more easily. But Draco had liked both aspects of their lives together, and either way, he love Li Na unconditionally.

Li Na kissed him again and just as that happened, Jie Dae walked in. She amidalty started crying because she associtated that all men where like her father. Li Na turned around quickly and went to the little girl. "I am sorry." she said softly. "I will be right back." she went upstairs and finally got the little girl to calm down as she explained that Draco was a "nice man". She returned a little later looking tired. "Sorry about that." she said sitting down.

Draco turned in shock at the sound of crying, and looked sympathetic for the girl. He nodded, "Don't be."he said softly, letting go of Li Na so that she could talk to her daughter. Draco wanted Jie Dae to like him, but he knew it would take time - which he was willing to commit.
Draco smiled softly and sat down beside her. "Not at all."he said. "How is she?"

"She finally fell asleep, she is just afraid of men." she said softly. "Her dad didn't leave her with the best impression." she said sadly. She wished it could be different, that she could have had a good dad like Draco, but that wasn't the case. She had made a mistake and now her daughter was paying for it.

Draco scoffed at the mention of Halen. He was so messed up. He smiled weakly at her. "I'm going to try and be her friend."he told her. And he was sure he could do it. Jie Dae was Li Na's daughter, and therefore one of the most important people on this world, and he would do all he could to have her accepted.

"Just please realize that it may be hard but don't give up on her, she will come around." she said softly. She smiled as she looked at the uncooked food and before she could say it dinner was done. She set it down. "So did you meet anyone interesting in France?" she asked curiously.

"I won't."Draco promised. Draco smiled at her. "Not unless you think Pansy Parkinson is incredibly interesting."he said with a smirk. Pansy never had changed much.

Draco laughed. "No. And honestly I don't believe the men who'eve turned her down. I can't stand one minute with her, needless to say I think that I'd probably hate living with her."he said with a grin. "She's still as annoying as ever."he sighed.

"I figured as much." she said laughing. "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." she said laughing. "So how are your parents?" she asked curiously. She wondered if he was still talking to them or not.

Draco's smile faded. "Just as well as ever, I suppose."he shrugged. "Now that I don't live with them I've been my best to avoid them."

"Yeah same with my parents. Well I haven't seen them since I started living with Jade, in the summer of sixth year." she said thinking back to the summer that she had spent with her, and had a good friendship before she ruined the whole thing.
